Well hello again,...it has been a long while now. My apologies. Just recently we went on vacation to Keystone, CO for Ed's grandparent's 55th anniversary. They have been going to Colorado for years and have friends with a house there. Ed's grandparents rented it so we all stayed there together. It was my first time to Colorado and it was amazing. I expected to see one type of mountain while I was there, but it seemed like each park/range we visited they were so different from each other. Some were snow capped, some looked red and desert like and another park had really dark colored mountains. It was breathtaking (pun intended-due to the high altitude). We are so jealous of our friends Bri and Jesse who moved from 3rd street to Boulder on Friday. (We'll miss you guys!!)

One of the first places we drove through in Colorado was Georgetown. This is where Ed stayed on his skiing trip a couple years ago.

Whitewater rafting!!!! I love this!

The Numbers course was closed due to the highest water they have had on the Arkansas River in over 15 years....we ended up doing class 3, 4s and a couple 5s.

Our Guide had us get out to scout the rapids before we actually went through them. It was so scary!!

Ed and I went ziplining on a whim one morning and it was so fun. The course had six different zip lines across a canyon. One was 1,000 feet long so you really pick up some speed toward the end!
