Well hello dear friends..... Here are the latest happenings.

I was in my friend Emily's wedding the last weekend of August. Emily looked beautiful. The wedding was in downtown Alton and her reception was at a really pretty golf course in Godfrey.

Leslie was in town from school 2 weeks ago, so Mom, Leslie and I took a little Jeep ride and went to lunch at Llywelyn's in St. Charles. Happy Birthday to Mom! Her birthday was yesterday.

My friend Mandy's birthday was this weekend. Her boyfriend surprised her by getting a party bus so her friends and family could all celebrate together. We went to Topshooters in Columbia, IL, then to Friendly's in Tower Grove and then to Great Grizzly Bear in Soulard.

Some of my girlfriends got together about a month ago to celebrate Brooke's birthday.




I grew a vegetable garden again this year and I have to share with you my tomato story. My grandma had a few grape tomatoes from the grocery store that she saved seeds from. She let them dry out on a paper towel. After they were dry she mailed them to me. In the spring I planted the seeds right in the ground,....and they grew! I know I'm a dork but I was really excited!
