Before you think I have totally lost it,..please know that I put one watch on when I was getting ready and one watch on before I walked out the door (my coat was covering the other one).

Here is my latest project I made. It is like a bulletin board but with clothes pins on a chicken wire backed old wood frame.

If you see people chugging beer out of baby bottles please don't be alarmed. I would now consider this a Francis Family baby shower tradition. My cousin Gracie is having a baby and this was a very elaborate drinking contest at her shower. It had several heats before the main event. Dad and Ed participated.
My friends Amanda and Jay had their first little baby in January. They named her Finely Grace. We all carpooled to go see the Gajewski's in Nashville, IL after the baby was born.

Ed and I were home from work not too long ago because of the weather. I don't have snowboots now and I didn't when I was a little girl either. This is how I have always improvised on the waterproof factor of snow boots. Ed thought this was hysterical although this is complete second nature for me. It goes like this, socks, Walmart bags, another layer of socks, then shoes.

For Christmas we asked for sleds from Santa (my mom and dad).
We went to Blanchette Park near our neighborhood to go sledding. We had so much fun! What an absolutely perfect day.

Our friend Greg turned thirty and his fiancee Heather threw a surprise birthday party for him at a Bar on Main Street

Heather's speech to Greg

Ed's Uncle Mark and Grandpa Herb came up from Mississippi and Ed, Mark and I went to a game in Columbia.
